At Ono Grindz: You will get a Hawaiian Mix Plate with two
scoops of rice, a scoop of macaroni salad, and any three of the
following choices!
Beef:
- Hawaiian Terri Beef: Thinly Sliced sirloin beef marinated with
our own special Hawaiian Teriyaki sauce and charbroiled to
perfection.
- Short Ribs: Marinated with our own recipe of Hawaiian local style Korean barbeque Sauce.
- Hamburger Steak: Marinated with our own Pineapple Teriyaki Sauce.
Chicken:
- Chicken Katsu: Tender pieces of boneless chicken coated
with our own special seasonings deep-fried and served with our own
Katsu sauce.
- Hawaiian Style Barbeque Chicken: Grilled boneless chicken
marinated in our own pineapple teriyaki sauce.
- Mochico Chicken:Tender Pieces of boneless, skinless chicken
marinated in our own special sauce with lots of garlic. Hawaii's Local
Favorite!!!!
Pork:
- Kailua Pork (with cabbage): Succulent and smoked-flavored shredded pork slowly roasted to a flavorful finish and sits on a bed of flavored cabbage (Famous in Luau).
- Pork Tonkatsu: Juicy pork loin, coated with our special seasoning and deep-fried and served with out special Katsu Sauce
Seafood:
- Fried Shrimp: Seasoned deep-fried shrimp coated with Panko, cooked to perfection. In Hawaii, we call it "Onolicious."
- Mahi-Mahi: Hawaii's favorite fish filet with special seasoning and fried to a golden brown and served with tartar sauce.
