Las Cruces Community Theatre is calling for play submissions for the 2011-2012 season. Directors are asked to submit for consideration up to three plays/musicals you would like to direct. Please submit the name of the play, the author, the publisher, a brief synopsis, a budget, and in the case of musicals, the cost of score rental and royalties and a copy of the script (this is also for musicals! a cd of music PLUS the script!) along with your contact information (including email address where available). The deadline for submissions is January 15, 2011. The Play Reading Committee will submit their recommendations to the Board by April 1 and directors will be notified as soon as possible after that. If you are interested in directing but do not have a specific play in mind, please let the committee know as well.

The approximate datess for performance are August, October and December 2011 and February, April and June 2012. You may indicate a preference for one of the time slots.

You may also drop it off at the theatre at 313 North Downtown Mall. If there is no one at the theatre you may leave it with Flo next door at the Blue Gate Gallery. If you have any questions you may call kathi-jane at 575-526-6810 or email southam97@gmail.com.
