  • ACCESSIBILITY
    The Las Cruces Community Theatre features two designated wheelchair-only locations (J16 and J17) with seats nearby that can be used as companion seats (I16 - I18).​ Patrons using a wheelchair must use the designated wheelchair-only locations (J16 or J17). Patrons using a mobility device will be seated first. The mobility device will be moved into the lobby hall and returned to the patron during intermission and after the show has ended. *Wheelchairs/mobility devices cannot be stored in the aisle during performances. Patrons with limited mobility should reserve seats located on the aisle, avoiding Rows J and K. The Las Cruces Community Theatre features one accessible restroom located in the lobby hall. Booster seats available upon request.

  • AGE RESTRICTIONS
    Children 2 years of age or younger are not allowed to attend performances.
  • ALCOHOL POLICY
    No alcohol or illegal substances may be brought into the theatre as well as outside food and beverages.
  • ANIMALS
    Certified service animals are allowed, but patron must reserve seats J16 or J17 (if available).
  • ASSISTED LISTENING
    At this time, the LCCT does not have assisted listening devices.
  • AUDITIONS
    Bookmark https://www.lcctnm.org/auditions and check back often for Audition Notices posted to the LCCT website. The Audition Notice will provide all of the information needed and required for your audition. Please contact the Director listed in the Audition Notice for more information.
  • BAG POLICY
    Bags, backpacks, or purses must be stored on your person, on floor, or underneath seat.
  • BOX OFFICE

  • CAMERAS
    Photography and recording devices are prohibited before, during , and after performances.
  • CANCELLATIONS
    If a performance is cancelled, you will be notified via email, including additional information regarding refunds or exchanges (if available).
  • EARLY ARRIVAL
    Arrive 30 minutes prior to the performance start time to allow yourself time to find parking and seating. Doors open 1 hour prior to the start of the performance. Seating occurs approximately 30 minutes prior to performance start time.
  • EXCHANGES/RETURNS
    Exchanges allowed up to 2 hours before the start of the performance (*subject to availability). Returns accepted up to 24 hours before the start of the performance (*5% fee may apply). (If you don’t show up for the event, you still have to pay for tickets purchased). Use Store Credit to donate tickets and total purchase amount to LCCT (*100% deduction if returned for store credit). Empty Seats Don't Applaud. We get it...if you're unable to attend a performance, consider exchanging the tickets for another performance, gifting the tickets to someone else, return (*5% fee may apply) or donate the tickets back to the LCCT (*100% deduction if returned for store credit).   • LATE ENTRY
    Late entry to a performance will be decided by house management.
  • LOST & FOUND
    The LCCT is not responsible for items lost or left behind during a performance. Items found are placed in a box in the lobby of the theatre. Contact the Box Office at 575-523-1200 if you have lost an item.
  • MAILING LIST

  • MISSING TICKET(S)
    Check your email spam and junk folders for messages originating from the Las Cruces Community Theatre. Your receipt and tickets will come from 'Las Cruces Community Theatre Sales' with the subject "Order placed on Las Cruces Community Theatre." Contact the Box Office at 575-523-1200 for additional assistance.
  • MOBILITY DEVICES
    Mobility devices, including walkers, crutches, and canes are not allowed in the theatre. Patrons using a mobility device will be seated first. The mobility device will then be moved into the lobby hall and returned to the patron during intermission and after the show has ended.   • OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
    No food or drinks are allowed in the theatre.
  • PARKING
    Public parking lots surround the LCCT, as well as limited street parking. Allow yourself plenty of time for parking prior to the start of the performance.   • SEASON PASS INFORMATION
    A Season Pass covers the cost of one seat (pass must redeemed for a ticket) at each of the six performances occurring at the Las Cruces Community Theatre for the current season. *A Season Pass does not guarantee a reserved seat. *The Season Pass must be redeemed for a ticket prior to a performance. *Tickets subject to availability. *Season Pass does not carry over to the following performances.
  • SEATING
    The LCCT accommodates 190 patrons, including two wheel-chair only spaces (J16 - J17). Standing in the aisles or by the theatre entrances is prohibited during performances. Patrons with limited mobility should avoid rows J and K (exception for wheelchair-only spaces J16 - J17). Mobility devices such as walkers, crutches or canes will be moved to the lobby hall and returned to the patron during intermission and after the show has ended.   • SMOKING PROHIBITED
    Smoking is strictly prohibited in the theatre, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
  • UNRULY OR INTOXICATED PATRONS
    The LCCT reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons that appear to be intoxicated, or are unruly and/or disruptive.
  • WHEELCHAIRS & MOTORIZED SCOOTERS
    Patrons using a wheelchair or motorized scooter must reserve the designated wheelchair-only locations (J16 or J17).
