Using Your Season Pass

Your Season Pass is a voucher you can use to purchase tickets. Each Season Pass entitles you to one seat for each of the six shows in our season. Proceed to purchase tickets as if you were going to pay for them. Then you can apply your Season Pass (or Passes) during the checkout process to apply the pass to your purchases.

You may select your seats for all six shows of the season during one transaction, or you may select seats and performance dates for each show as the time for that show approaches.

Please note that the pass for each show does NOT roll over. If you do not select seats for a show during the run of that show, you may NOT use those passes for a later show in the season. What follows is a walk-through of using a Season Pass to purchase seats for a show.

From the LCCT Home Page,
I'll click on the icon for the show I'd like to see.

Then, I'll click on the Select Date and Buy Tickets button.

I'll choose opening night and click on the Tickets button

This is a L-O-N-G screen. At the top, I just want to confirm I selected the correct date.

Scrolling to the bottom of the screen, I'll find the seating diagram. The seats in green are available for purchase.

As I move my mouse over the available seats, I see the seat numbers and the full price for that seat. I'll click on this one to add it to my shopping cart. I'll also select the seat next to it since I have TWO Season Passes.

Each time I click on a seat, I'll get to choose the appropriate ticket price. Since I was here when large animals roamed the earth, I'll choose the Senior price and click Add. I'll do the same for both seats A9 and A10.

For each seat I choose, I'll get this pop-up. To select more seats, I'll click on Close.

If I've chosen all my desired seats, I'll click on Proceed to Checkout.

When I click Proceed to Checkout, I'll be presented with a Log In prompt. For your first purchase, it will be helpful to use your phone number. You may also check out as a guest, but no one at LCCT will be able to help you with the transaction later. You may also select a password of your choice.

It's simply important to know that you may use this username/password combo in the future, so it's helpful to use something you'll remember.

Finally, the Checkout screen. I'll click on the Apply All My Season Passes button which will reduce the total purchase price to $0. If I had purchased additional tickets, I would need to use a credit card or PayPal to pay for the tickets not covered by my Season Pass.

Finally, I check the required box and click on the Reserve button, and those seats are mine!

The final page confirms my order and allows me to print my tickets. I don't need to print them since I can just show the confirmation email when I arrive at the theater. If I can't do that for whatever reason, I simply have to stop by the box office counter and they will confirm my tickets.
